Upload an audio file to start

We will transcribe the audio with word timestamps, then turn the result into subtitle cues with pause and music markers when the waveform suggests a break in speech.

Export preview

The SRT export uses standard numbered cues and time ranges.

Important note

Speech timing comes from the transcription API. Pause and music markers are best-effort heuristics based on word gaps and audio energy, so they are helpful starting points rather than perfect music classification.

About This Tool

A focused audio-to-subtitle workflow for creator work

This tool is for turning audio recordings into usable subtitle files without first opening a video editor. It transcribes spoken words with timestamps, then uses the gaps in speech and waveform energy to insert pause or music markers.

It works well for podcasts, voice notes, talking-head audio, lesson recordings, interviews, and rough drafts that need a subtitle pass before publishing.
